Our clients in Guelph, a wonderful couple, wanted to transform their bathroom into a more modern and stylish space. Sam designed a fresh, updated layout tailored to their needs and preferences.
The new bathroom features a 36-inch vanity with a beautiful quartz countertop, offering both elegance and durability. Plumbing work was completed by Rez, a certified plumber, ensuring quality and compliance. The 17-inch comfort-height toilet was also installed by our team for improved ease of use.
The faucet handles, towel holder set, and mirror frame were all carefully chosen to match in colour, creating a cohesive and polished look. Even the duct register was upgraded to a modern design to complement the new flooring.
For the flooring, we used 9mm thick vinyl planks, a highly durable and water-resistant option ideal for bathrooms. We also installed new baseboards that matched the existing style throughout the rest of the home, ensuring a seamless finish.
May 2025
This project included the installation of 1,100 sq. ft. of vinyl flooring. We used 7mm cork-backed vinyl planks with a 9-inch width for a durable and stylish finish. The scope of work also included baseboard installation and flooring in the washroom.
All flooring was installed seamlessly, without the use of transition pieces between areas, creating a clean and consistent look throughout the space. The final result was highly satisfying, and our clients were thrilled with the outcome.

This project involved installing new hardwood flooring and stairs in a spacious three-story home. Engineered hardwood was selected for the stair construction and stained to seamlessly match the flooring. Both treads and risers were made of hardwood, creating a unified and sophisticated appearance.
The railing was custom-built from hardwood and finished in a light brown stain, in accordance with the client’s preferences. For the balusters, we chose a timeless metal style to deliver a modern and elegant aesthetic, reflecting contemporary design trends. Each stair tread features three evenly spaced balusters, contributing to a clean and symmetrical look.
The project was completed in Guelph, Ontario, in August 2024.

March 2022
This was a full renovation project completed within two months. The client requested an economical option to renovate the entire house, and the final results were highly satisfying.
For this project, we handled kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring and baseboard installation, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Additionally, since the owner wanted to create a legal duplex in the basement, we obtained all the necessary permits and delivered the project to meet all legal requirements.

January 2023
Basement finishing services are offered by SAMandREZ. This project is a basement finishig with city permits that allows the owner to rent the place to tenants.
In this project, we installed all plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. It is natural that we had some demolition too. First the permits was provided for our client, and the walls were built in the basement.
All the framing, drywall installation, and painting were done by our team, and then the bathroom and kitchen was built. Also fire and smoke alarms were installed properly.
November 2024
One of the best services we offer to our customers are flooring, stairs and railing. In this job, we used a semi-modern theme all over the place.
All the floor was installed with new engineering hardwood flooring after removing the old hardwood. we tried our best to have a random pattern to make an apealing look on the floor.
After flooring, stairs were installed stained matching the same floor colour, and railing were installed beside. The balusters were used are metal classic type.
August 2024
Among all types of stairs, curved ones are probably the most difficult to build and require a skilled hand.
These staircases and stairs were installed in Cambridge, Ontario, using hardwood railings, balusters, and treads.
The stairs and railings were stained in a natural oak colour to match the floor and the overall theme of the house, as requested by the customers.
Each stair was made using a template, and the nosing was custom-made.
We don’t want to brag, but this job alone stands out as proof of our skill and ability to build quality stairs.
April 2024
In this project, a huge basement about 1600 sqft were installed with new vinyl flooring.
The other jobs that were done later were baseboard and door installation and bathroom remodeling to give a nice look to the whole basement.
